We are seeking a Document Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across our production and quality systems. In this role, you’ll be more than a documentation expert—you’ll be a champion of process integrity, a guardian of regulatory alignment, and a key collaborator supporting manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain batch sheets for production processes.
- Revise and update batch sheets to reflect process changes or improvements.
- Develop clear, concise processing instructions to support manufacturing workflows.
- Review and update ISO documents and SOPs to maintain compliance with current practices and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as backup for laboratory operations and assist with documentation‑related tasks.
- Conduct incoming raw material inspections and record findings per established quality protocols.
- Support internal audits to ensure alignment with internal and external regulations.
Essential – Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong understanding of documentation control, quality assurance, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing operations (preferred).
- Ability to partner cross‑functionally during audits and process reviews.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in batch sheet creation, documentation control, or quality assurance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with ISO standards and regulatory documentation (preferred).
