Who We Are

Simply put, RGA Enterprises is a privately-held, contract manufacturer of liquid cleaning and disinfectant products, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

But at our core, we consider ourselves to be diligent stewards of the companies and brands that work with us. We take this role seriously — from the minute we make initial contact with a customer to verifying that their products are on the shelf.

Our culture drives us and has allowed us to grow and be successful for over 40 years. It’s built upon six core values, which we call “The RGA Way”.

Any company has to be careful not to become so internally focused that it loses sight of who it is there to serve – the customer.

It starts when we get up and come to work in the morning. Are we carrying out our responsibilities with accuracy and precision? Do our systems, policies, and procedures ensure our processes are repeatable, scalable, and efficient? By doing things right across all levels and all departments we commit to excellence.

Our History

RGA Enterprises was founded in 1977 by the Barker family as Replacement Glass of America. RGA has grown exponentially and continues to develop new products and services, explore new sales channels and expand into new geographic areas.

Over time, we’ve developed a wide array of packaging options, and become efficient at shipping logistics.
