We are currently seeking an Account Manager in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a day shift position.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with Project Manager on new product development
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
- Collect and analyze client data concerning trends to help understand changing needs
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Qualifications include:
- BA or BS in a related field
- 5+ years of Account Management Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in past paced team environment
- Available for 20% travel
