We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a critical role in cultivating strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be more than an account manager—you’ll be a trusted advisor, a champion for client success, and a key contributor to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all client touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, providing clear, consistent communication.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Resolve client issues promptly by partnering with internal teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, forecast needs, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed account plans that outline goals, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on new product development and enhancements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure needs are addressed quickly and accurately.
  • Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and evolving requirements.
  • Prepare progress and performance reports for clients and senior leadership.
  • Partner with sales to identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records to support account health.

Essential – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team‑oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with client data.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
  • Experience developing account plans and managing complex customer needs.
