We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a critical role in cultivating strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all client touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, providing clear, consistent communication.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Resolve client issues promptly by partnering with internal teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, forecast needs, and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain detailed account plans that outline goals, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new product development and enhancements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure needs are addressed quickly and accurately.
- Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and evolving requirements.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for clients and senior leadership.
- Partner with sales to identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records to support account health.
Essential – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with client data.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
- Experience developing account plans and managing complex customer needs.
