We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you won’t just manage tasks—you’ll be a key player in driving project success, supporting sales initiatives, and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Coordinate project timelines and proactively manage deadlines to keep initiatives on track
  • Prepare quotes and manage critical product and project documentation
  • Analyze job and project costs, comparing budgets to actuals during production
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term project plans with clear milestones
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are anticipated and met
  • Provide updates and insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout all project phases
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Sage, Nulogy, or Trello is a plus
