We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Coordinate project timelines and proactively manage deadlines to keep initiatives on track
- Prepare quotes and manage critical product and project documentation
- Analyze job and project costs, comparing budgets to actuals during production
- Develop and execute short- and long-term project plans with clear milestones
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are anticipated and met
- Provide updates and insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Maintain quality control standards throughout all project phases
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Sage, Nulogy, or Trello is a plus
